Southern California field support for dealers, movers, and contractors
When your project needs more crews, a truck, a place to receive freight, or someone on site at 10 pm, AOS fills the gap. We work under your project management, follow your drawings and punch lists, and represent your company professionally on site.
Your client stays your client
We know subcontractors can be a risk to the relationships you’ve built. Here is how we work on partner projects.
We communicate through you
Schedule, scope, and changes go through your project manager unless you tell us otherwise.
We don’t sell to your end client
We don’t quote, market to, or solicit your customers on projects you bring us.
We represent you well
Crews arrive on time, follow site rules, protect the space, and clean up.
What we handle for partners
Receiving & storage
Inbound freight checked in, documented, and held at our South Gate facility until the site is ready.
Trucks & delivery
Scheduled delivery to the job, including night and weekend drops.
Installation crews
Installers and reconfiguration crews sized to the job.
Decommissioning
Disassembly, removal, and haul-off of what stays behind.
Multi-location projects
Store-by-store staging and installs across the region.
Progress and closeout
Regular updates and photos of completed work for your records.
How we support each partner
Furniture dealers & manufacturers
Overflow crews when your installers are booked, receiving and storage when the site isn’t ready, and a local team for manufacturers and out-of-area dealers selling into Southern California. We don’t sell furniture, so we’re not competing for your customer.
Relocation companies
Furniture disassembly, reinstall, and reconfiguration crews to pair with your move team, plus decommissioning of furniture that isn’t moving.
General contractors
FF&E receiving, staging, and installation timed to your schedule, with site protection and debris removal. We coordinate dock and elevator time with your superintendent.
National companies & retailers
A Southern California field team for rollouts, overnight deliveries, and installs across Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, and San Diego.
Getting set up with AOS
We can send the documents your vendor onboarding requires, including a W-9 and safety information. Certificate of insurance available on request. Ask for our vendor packet, or send a project and we’ll start there.
Helpful to include with a project: drawings or floor plans, product lists or acknowledgments, BOLs and expected ship dates, site address and access rules, and your target install dates.
